WHO WE ARE
Residential Lending Network is a residential mortgage lender specializing in first and second lien loans on one to four unit residential properties. We were incorporated in Sunny South Florida in May of 2003. We currently only lend in the State of Florida but are constantly looking at opportunities in others that would make sense in this current market environment.

Our management team has an extensive background in mortgage lending. Our President and founder is a past president of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Miami Chapter. We are equipped to handle individual customers on a retail basis as adeptly as we can handle a mortgage broker's demands in a wholesale setting. This varied experience allows us to constantly keep our customer's needs in mind, whoever that particular customer may be.

Exceed our client's expectations with uncompromising ethics, quick response time and unquestionable integrity. Approve every possible borrower for a loan who legitimately qualifies for such. That means making lending decisions based on a fair and impartial basis. A borrower has to do more than just qualify for a loan product - the loan has to make sense and fill a need. We believe in originating the highest quality product for the sake of our borrowers, our brokers and our investors.

Our mission is to be the first and only lender you need to visit. In order to do that we must provide the highest level of service each and every day combined with an ever evolving cutting edge product line.
